How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, help you when you reach out, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, only if you opt in, send you news and offers. Order confirmations and shipping updates aren't marketing, so you'll always get those.

What we never do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your order history with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store: payment processing, shipping, email delivery, and hosting. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.

Card details

Card details are entered into secure fields and encrypted in your browser before they're sent. They never pass through our servers, never appear in our logs and are never stored by us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your marketing preferences until you change them. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Cookies

We use cookies for the essentials, like keeping your bag and your session, plus our own first-party analytics. If a partner referred you, a cookie remembers that for a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by contacting us. We honor deletion requests except where the law requires us to keep order records. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time from your account or from any marketing email.
