What goes into your formulas?

Short ingredient lists built on familiar hydrators and softeners — hyaluronic acid, glycerin, ceramides, squalane. Full ingredients are on each product page. Our products are cosmetics for use on the skin, not medicines.

How do I use a serum and a moisturizer together?

On clean, dry skin, press in a few drops of serum, then follow with moisturizer. Morning, night or both. During the day, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Will it work for sensitive skin?

Every skin is different, so patch test first: apply a little to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching or irritation, don't use it. Full ingredients are on each product page, and our use and safety page has more.

Where can I see the full ingredient list?

On every product page, and printed on the packaging. Have a question about a specific ingredient? Ask us before you order.

How should I store my products?

Keep lids closed and store somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Use within the period-after-opening shown on the pack.

How long does shipping take?

We pack orders within one to two business days. Delivery options and times are shown at checkout, and we email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.
