Questions
- When am I charged?
- Today, and then automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. Every renewal gets an emailed receipt with the amount and the next date.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account, in one click, with no email or phone call. Your benefits stay on until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling never forfeits time you bought.
- Does the discount stack with a code?
- Yes. A discount code applies first, then your member percentage comes off what is left. Store credit comes off after both.
- Which cards can I use?
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover. American Express cannot be used for a membership, because the security code cannot be retained for future charges and Amex declines recurring payments without it.
- What if a renewal fails?
- We email you and retry over the following two weeks. Updating your card from your account fixes it immediately, and your benefits stay on while we retry.
